After a brief presentation on some of the basic legal concepts involved in professional liability claims and the defense of the chiropractic physician\, the seminar will focus one of the most controversial and oftentimes\, the most devastating claims of vertebral and carotid artery dissections. Mr. Floyd will take the audience through the actual trial of a chiropractic physician who was alleged to have caused bilateral dissections which resulted in permanent brain injury.
