It is widely known that females tend to seek chiropractic care more frequently than males. There are many complaints that are unique to females which correlate to the life phase and physiological journey. In addition to internal physiological factors, there are many external and societal factors that can contribute to our patient’s conditions. During this course, Dr. Petrocco-Napuli will discuss common conditions seen in chiropractic practices which are specific to the female population as well as the biomechanics, societal influences and special populations. Methods of treatment and assessment, including manipulation, nutrition, diet, taping, appropriate therapy options, rehab and soft tissue techniques will also be examined.
